12 Month Workmanship Warranty

Go Pro is proud to provide a full one year warranty on exclusion services for any recurrence in areas previously sealed unless stated otherwise at the time of service. Warranty does not apply to other services such as trapping, deterrent applications, etc. For your convenience and peace of mind we also offer an extended warranty program that includes an on-site inspection of the previous work area/s as well as the remainder of your property to identify any new issues.

How Does Our Warranty Work?

Our warranties are specific to the target animal we removed and exclusion solutions we implemented and are renewable each year.

I’ve Sold My Home Or My Home Is On The Market

Warranties can be transferred to a new owner if the property is sold within its first year of warranty coverage. To transfer the warranty to a new owner, email or call Go Pro and we will get the warranty set up with the new owner.

How To Renew

Find the “Is this a warranty renewal request?” box on the Contact Us page and submit ‘yes.’ An invoice will be sent over.

Extended Warranty Package - Basic

  • One additional year of warranty coverage for previous work.*
  • Complete inspection of all previous work areas for integrity and any signs of recent wildlife activity.
  • Inspection of the remainder of the property for any evidence of new damage or potential issues.
  • Priority customer status on issues reported prior to 1PM.
  • 5% off any additional services not covered under this warranty program throughout the year.

Extended Warranty Package - Intermediate

  • One additional year of warranty coverage for previous work.*
  • Inspection of all previous work areas for integrity and any signs of recent wildlife activity.
  • Inspection of the remainder of the property for any evidence of new damage or potential issues.
  • Priority customer status on issues reported prior to 1PM.
  • A free application of armadillo or snake deterrent up to 1000 sq/ft.
  • 10% off any additional services not covered under this warranty program throughout the year.

Extended Warranty Package - Advanced

  • One additional year of warranty coverage for previous work.*
  • Inspection of all previous work areas for integrity and any signs of recent wildlife activity.
  • Inspection of the remainder of the property for any evidence of new damage or potential issues.
  • Priority customer status on issues reported prior to 1PM.
  • A free application of armadillo or snake deterrent up to 2000 sq/ft.
  • 15% off any additional services not covered under this warranty program throughout the year.
  • Removal of paper wasps and cobwebs within reach of the ground.

*This warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of God, improper alteration, abuse, misuse, negligence, modification, accident or improper handling. 

WHAT IF I SEE SOMETHING AFTER MY REPAIRS ARE COMPLETE?

As with any solution or repair, there could be an instance where you feel the problem has returned. Just give us a call or send us an email and the Go Pro Wildlife team will return, complete an inspection and identify any issues.
