How Does Our Warranty Work?

Our warranties are specific to the target animal we removed and exclusion solutions we implemented and are renewable each year.

I’ve Sold My Home Or My Home Is On The Market

Warranties can be transferred to a new owner if the property is sold within its first year of warranty coverage. To transfer the warranty to a new owner, email or call Go Pro and we will get the warranty set up with the new owner.

How To Renew

Find the “Is this a warranty renewal request?” box on the Contact Us page and submit ‘yes.’ An invoice will be sent over.

$250 Renewal - *1 Year Warranty Continuation of All Sealed Areas +

  • Priority Customer Status – Service provided within 24 hours when Go Pro team is notified of issues before 1 pm and as schedule permits after 1 pm
  • Complimentary inspection at the time of warranty renewal

(*1-year warranty continuation of all sealed areas based on the original scope of work)

$350 Renewal - *1 Year Warranty Continuation of All Sealed Areas +

  • Priority Customer Status – Service provided within 24 hours when Go Pro team is notified of issues before 1 pm and as schedule permits after 1 pm
  • Complimentary inspection at the time of warranty renewal
  • 1 Free Snake or Armadillo deterrent application of up to 1,000 sq ft. of product. Snake will be removed if found on the property.
  • 10% off services not covered by warranty for warranty continuation period.

$500 Renewal - *1 Year Warranty Continuation of All Sealed Areas +

  • Priority Customer Status – Service provided within 24 hours when Go Pro team is notified of issues before 1 pm and as schedule permits after 1 pm
  • Complimentary inspection at the time of warranty renewal
  • 1 Free Snake or Armadillo deterrent application of up to 2,000 sq ft. of product. Snake will be removed if found on the property.
  • Paper Wasp nest removal from structure (to be completed at the time of annual inspection)
  • 15% off services not covered by warranty for warranty continuation period.

WHAT IF I SEE SOMETHING AFTER MY REPAIRS ARE COMPLETE?

As with any solution or repair, there could be an instance where you feel the problem has returned. Just give us a call or send us an email and the Go Pro Wildlife team will return, complete an inspection and identify any issues.
